A life coach helps you to take control of your life and your dreams. You probably know which area(s) of life you want to improve or are finding the most difficult. The most common areas people have trouble with are relationships, health, confidence, organization, money/work. Maybe you've had the same types of problems around the same areas of your life and no matter what you try to do, it seems like it'll never change - you just feel like you're going round in neverending circles. As your life coach, I'll help you to define your goals in a specific way, find where your commitments lie, and discover where your motivators are found. From there, you'll be guided toward achieving your goal through various exercises and experiments. After going through this process with me, you'll not only make meaningful progress toward your goal, but you'll have the understanding and the skills to coach yourself throughout the rest of your life.
